TMR TOTS Seminars – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TMR TOTS Seminars, your enrollment directly supports the costs of running these transformative events. Because our ability to offer these seminars depends on your registration fees, we ask that you read and respect the following refund policy carefully.

Course Cancellations (by us):

If we cancel a course due to low enrollment, inability to secure a host location, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you using the primary email and phone number provided at registration. In such cases, you may choose one of the following options:

*A full refund of your seminar fee (excluding any travel or lodging costs). OR

*A free transfer to another TMR TOTS seminar at a future date and location.

Please note: TMR TOTS Seminars and our host facilities are not responsible for any reimbursement of travel or lodging expenses incurred by participants.

Acts of God / Force Majeure:

If a seminar is canceled or interrupted due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies), no refunds will be issued. However, your registration will be transferred at no cost to a future seminar of the same type, at a mutually agreeable date and location.

Refunds (for participant cancellations):

You may cancel your registration for a full refund minus a 3% credit card processing fee if the request is made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase . Credit card companies no longer refund the 3% processing fee, and we do not recoup this cost.

After 30 days from purchase: No refunds will be given for any reason.

*You may transfer your registration to another TMR TOTS course/date at no additional charge, OR

*Apply your fee as credit for a future seminar.

Once you have transferred to another course or used your credit, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

Important Notes:

Seminar seats are non-transferable to another person. We kindly request that you do not ask for exceptions to the refund policy once the 30-day refund window has passed, as all seminar fees are immediately allocated to cover essential hosting expenses—including instructor travel, food, lodging, venue rental, materials, and technical support. These costs are committed well in advance, and as such, refunds beyond the stated period are not possible.
